SDX-260 milling excavator
Function and features:
After being equipped with a milling and digging head, it can work during the excavation of coal tunnels or semi coal tunnels with a hardness of 4F, without the need for blasting. This machine is equipped with a quick connector. During rock tunnel excavation, the excavator bucket and milling excavator head are interchangeable. After blasting, the excavator bucket is used to load slag, achieving dual use of one machine;
The main hydraulic components are imported from Germany with a spur gear gearbox, driven by a high torque hydraulic motor, ensuring that the milling and digging head can handle more severe high load working conditions smoothly. Equipped with internal spray and high-pressure external spray device, good dust suppression effect;
Due to the heavy weight of the milling and excavation head, the entire machine adopts an ultra strong structural design concept to ensure sufficient weight, stable body during rock cutting, and improved efficiency.
Adopting a rotary table structure of a tunneling machine, the quality is stable and reliable.
